Katey Sagal, star of “Married… With Children” and “Sons of Anarchy,” was engaged in a horrible car accident on October 14th. According to international news outlets, the actress was struck by a car while crossing a roadway in Los Angeles shortly before midnight. Katey Sagal is claimed to have been going down the sidewalk when a car turned left in front of her. It appears that the motorist failed to notice the actress and hit her by accident.

According to press reports, police and an ambulance were dispatched to the area. The mysterious driver stayed behind to assist the actress. The driver had not been drinking and had not been summoned or arrested. According to thelist.com, Katey Sagal was brought to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. According to a family source, the actress is OK and will return home shortly.
