And although this is Alec’s first grandchild, the actor has yet to make a statement about the good news. Ireland’s announcement comes just three months after her youngest half-sibling was born.
As Mamas Uncut previously reported, Hilaria and Alec welcomed their 7th child, his 8th, into the world on September 24, 2022.
On her Instagram stories, Ireland confirmed that, no, she wasn’t pulling a fast one on her followers and announcing that she and her boyfriend were getting a new dog, she is, in fact, pregnant with a human child. She also shared a photo of herself dealing with morning sickness.
“If I haven’t gotten back to you RE Goodtimes, projects, inquiries, responding in general, it’s because this was me,” she wrote alongside the photo. “I’m not ignoring you.”
