Birds migrate south for the winter. This is well known. During a certain time of the year, you may see more birds than usual flying in the sky as they migrate. It is normal. What is not normal is that hundreds of birds fall to the ground during their migration.
The yellow-headed blackbird travels every year from Canada through the United States and to Mexico to spend the winter. It is normal. Special are the images captured by one of the surveillance cameras.

It all started pretty well in a video clip from a home security camera in the northern Mexican city of Cuauhtemoc. Then, all of a sudden, there was a stampede of lions falling to the ground. At first glance it looks like smoke, but it is not. There are hundreds of yellow-headed blackbirds.

Later, several blackbirds were seen flying away, but many other birds fell to the ground and died. Additional images show how birds lie dead on the street.

If you want to see this bizarre event for yourself, you can check it out below, but be warned, the images are perfectly illustrated.

Why these birds are ground-roasted is still not clear. In a local newspaper called El Heraldo de Chihuahua, a veterinarian speculated that the birds may have fallen to the ground due to environmental factors such as pollution or cold weather. Another suggested the birds may have perched on power lines and been electrocuted. It has been suggested on social media that 5G technology may have killed birds.

A UK ecologist named Dr. Richard Broughton believes that none of the above speculations is correct. It is believed that a bird of prey from above caused the birds to get close to each other and fall to the ground. He explained: “It seems that birds of prey such as a peregrine falcon or a peregrine falcon chase a flock as they do the humming starlings and it broke when the flock was pushed down.” He added: “You can see that at first they behave like a wave, as if they were thrown from above.”

Do you think the environment is responsible for this event, or do you agree with Dr. Proton that it might have been caused by another bird chasing those birds?
