A rare video by John Denver and Johnny Cash was sung by a duet from “Take Me Home, Country Roads” in Denver on YouTube to delight fans of music everywhere. Two legendary singers play the guitar and sing an acoustic version of the famous sound that surprises many with its perfect harmony.

It was also amazing that they sang together. One of the viewers commented: “Are my two favorites playing together all the time?” Others want to know where and when this happened. Someone noticed one of John Denver’s 1977 film, “Thank God I’m a Compatriot,” in which Denver hosted a number of country musicians.

Obviously, “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” which Denver was originally written for sale to Johnny Cash, but Denver heard this first and knew that he wanted to be the one who sang it. But he talked about the “full moment” when two singers sang a song together. The two obviously love the opportunity to sing together because they are smiling all the time.
