Well, this 90-year-old man is a neighbor of this furry friend and his owner. Billy the dog was dying and their friendly elderly neighbor came every day to give Billy treats and toys.

The 90-year-old has known his neighbor’s dog for a long time; The two are good friends and the dog adores him. She certainly looks forward to his daily visits, especially when he brings her cake.

However, the Chocolate Lab is getting tired of old age, and it’s time to say goodbye!
