The police want her to go to jail because she posted a picture of her pregnant belly

When a pregnant North Carolina woman, Natosha Kirkland, 26, posted a photo of her abdomen to Facebook, police came to her home to arrest her.

They didn’t arrest her for showing an indecent picture, it was just a picture of a pregnant belly, no, looks like the mother-to-be stands for accessories made especially for drugs.

A few days after the photo was posted, several friends noticed drug paraphernalia on their backs on their list. Then the police knocked on the door. She was charged with credit card fraud, driving without a license and acquiring property under false pretenses.

People are shocked that she has not been charged in any way with endangering her child’s life…

She had marijuana, a spoon and a heroin syringe on the table to the left of the photo. Her arm is also tied with a heroin cap.

After her arrest, Natosha logged into her Facebook account and wrote the following message:

“My Facebook account was hacked, I haven’t been able to log in for a month. The picture was taken a year ago and I was not pregnant, my children were taken at that time. I had lost my mind and yes, I took drugs… But I’m “clean” now and I plan to stay that way. So for everyone, you know I’m 20 weeks and 5 days pregnant, I don’t take drugs anymore, and that picture ruined my life, but I won’t let that bring me down, to stop me from living my life with the baby to be born and my other three children. So please stop talking about me… ”

What do you think? Do you think she deserves to be arrested? Or do you think her Facebook account was really “hacked” as she claims?
