A 14-year-old girl named Molly came very close to developing serious complications that could lead to death after wearing a tampon for so long. What later looked like a common cold turned out to be much more complicated and dangerous later on when she noticed severe irritation on her body.

The girl was rushed to the intensive care unit, where she received specialized treatment. She eventually recovered and was released from the hospital, but it took her some time to fully recover.
